Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

We at Beading Owl understand buying from an Online shop is not the same as purchasing from a physical store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may RETURN or EXCHANGE unused, undamaged jewelry for a full refund up to 14 days of purchase.

* If the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of receipt of the product. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as soon as possible. 

    Refund / Exchange Guidelines

    1. All returns, exchange & repairs require prior authorization
      (Simply fill out the Return Form )
    2. Product must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging
    3. Items damaged through normal wear or water do not qualify for a return or exchange
    4. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges
    5. We are not responsible for lost item being returned (we suggest you add tracking)
    6. We reserve the right to refuse a request if it does not comply with our policies
    7. No Returns, exchanges, or refunds after 14 days of purchase. No exceptions

Returns


A refund will be issued only upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.

    Steps to return an item:

    1. Simply fill out the Return Form )

      We will email you if your request is approved

    2. Carefully package item to be return in original package or a padded envelop.

      Include: New unused items with all the original packaging (tags, box, bag, etc...), the original receipt or packing slip and the Return & Exchange Form.
      All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form.

    3. Return item to to us via USPS. We will email you the Authorization code along with a return address.

      We strongly recommend that you ship with delivery confirmation so you can track your package. We are not responsible for lost returns and cannot process a return if we do not receive the returned item.

We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. You can expect your refund for the product sale price to be issued within 5 business days of the date we receive the returned product. We will notify you of the status of your refund via email as soon as the returned product is received.

Exchanges


You can EXCHANGE unused, undamaged jewelry up to 14 days of purchase. As our items are handcrafted and not mass produced, stock is limited. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please submit the "Authorization Form". We will let you know if the item you desire is still available. We will gladly hold the item for you.

Follow the above steps to return item to us. We will process your exchange within 5 business days of receipt. We do not charge shipping on the exchange. Beading Owl will not be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send the product back to us.
Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way.

Items returned to us after 30 days or WITHOUT a Return & Exchange Form, will NOT be REFUNDED or EXCHANGED. Refunds/Exchanges will not be given on any returns that have been altered, damaged, or worn.

Repairs


Special care is taken in the construction of all our jewelry making. However, jewelry does take a beating with everyday wear. Please see table below for repair charges. If your item requires repair within 30 days,  you may return your item to me for a free repair. 
After 30 days, there will be a fee to repair your jewelry.

Please contact us BEFORE returning any item for repair. We will let you know if materials are available and repair fee. Simply fill out the Return Form, we will confirm if we have materials available to repair your item.

Replacement Earrings


If materials are available it is possible for us to do a replacement earring. As there is alway variation in bead color, you will be required to return the remaining earring so we may try and match color. Replacement fee is 1/2 the original cost. Contact us to discuss availability.
